Parent Concerns/Service Complaints

We appreciate parents’ feedback regarding concerns, questions and complaints. And believe communication help us to improve on situations or to clarify the reason of certain procedures. Please feel free to contact our supervisor for any concerns or complains. For issues the supervisor is unable to provide answer immediately, depending on the situation, it will be looked into or investigated either by centre’s staff member or a third party. Parents will be informed in writing of the outcome of their concern or complain. Any serious occurrence will be filed with the Ministry. Parents have the right to contact the Ministry of Education when the Center fails to provide a satisfactory answer/solution to the concern.
